One of the many strong points of Done is, among others, our capability to dynamically create and manage professional working teams for the implementation of extensive projects. Their character emphasizes our professional attitude to problem solving in disciplines such as different management alternatives for example top level crisis management, project management, process management, client relationship management, competitive tendering etc.. Our long term cooperation with energy companies and civil service has resulted also in production of professional literature which we have published.
